Guilt was given to us as an internal judge, so we can evaluate our actions and align with our true character. It was discovered that others could exploit us to conform to their truths. In our work with guilt we will reclaim our ability to know our own highest truth, and learn to live it. First we want to understand guilt in its antiquated form, then learn to use it in its advanced and true application.
