In this class we look at the primary factors from the study of survivors of major disasters, to identify what we can do to heal from our own. It turns out that all of them are contained in our Senses of the Soul work. We will do a strong Kriya to have the Self-Exalted Experience, which a state that facilitates recovery from all our wounds. To assist that, the exercise is followed by a brilliant guided meditation for self-healing. I suggest you do this meditation from the audiobook after first trying it from the video.

    • Daily: Continue the meditation indicated in bold daily until you begin next week’s meditation.
