GuruMeher means “compassionate teacher”. He is the author of Senses of the Soul: Emotional Therapy for Strength, Healing and Guidance.
GuruMeher has delivered Kundalini yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings to thousands of students internationally over the last 40 years. He was an original student of master Yogi Bhajan.

Group session day and time will be scheduled to accommodate a variety of timezones around the world.
