You’ll be a lot happier if you’re willing to be a little sadder. This class looks at grieving in the present, the ability to let things go and let them flow. We start with a half-hour meditation on the actual process of grieving. Give yourself plenty of time to do this and relax afterwards.

Be a good loser! When emotions rise they always open an opportunity to heal the past. Since loss and change are constant throughout our life, Grief and Sadness are always rich with healing. This week there is a much longer meditation of 45 minutes. Please find time when you can enjoy the full meditation at least once and then as many days as possible for maximum effect.

Class 6-4 Love and Reverence – The Gifts of Grief

The highest lessons of the Soul are timeless, infinite, vast and wise. This is the scope we need in order to deal with the human condition and with death. The nature of Grief is to go inside and be deeply in touch with yourself in your heart. So, again we have a longer, 25-minute meditation in this class. Do it the first time with guidance of the video. Then continue practicing daily at least 11 minutes and preferably 31 minutes. You may want to try it on your own and find the ideal speed and pitch that resonates for you.
